Bedford Bean Jr, age 82 of the Mt. Vernon Community in Clay County, TN passed away Friday evening, August 25, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. Bedford is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral Services for Bedford Bean Jr will be conducted Monday afternoon, August 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Shane Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park.

Visitation will begin on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Monday from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m.

He is survived by: wife, Frances Holman Bean, sons and daughter-in-law, Roger & April Bean, Ron Bean, grandchildren, Emerson & Camden Bean, sisters-in-law & brother-in-law, Shirley Bean all of Mt Vernon Community; Susie & Marvin Cherry of the Oak Grove Community; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Jim Holman of Texas, Arnold & Sherry Holman of Lascassas, Eugene & Phyllis Holman of Brush Creek, and several nieces, nephews & friends.
