Carolyn Dean O’Neal, age 80 of Smyrna, TN & formerly of the Hermitage Springs Community in Clay County, TN passed away Saturday evening, December 16, 2023 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN. Carolyn is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Graveside Services & Interment for Carolyn Dean O’Neal will be conducted Monday afternoon, December 18, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. from the Hermitage Springs Cemetery with Jack Honeycutt officiating.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Survivors include: brother and sister-in-law, Robert & Betty O’Neal of Smyrna; 3 nephews, Garry & wife, Judy O’Neal, Larry & wife, Tamara O’Neal, Don O’Neal.
