Charles L. "Chuck" Cowan

Charles Lewis Cowan, Sr., better known as “Chuck”, age 47, of Lafayette, passed away on Monday morning, January 13, 2014 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Funeral services for Chuck Cowan will be conducted on Friday at 10:00 a.m. from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Lafayette, with Pastor Chris Davis officiating.  Interment will follow in the Haysville Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. until service time at 10:00 a.m.  

He is survived by: Wife, Molly Taylor Cowan; Daughter, Clarissa Gentry; Son and Daughter-in-law, Chuckie and Krystal Cowan; Granddaughter, Anna Gentry; Parents, Chuck and Linda Grubbs Cowan; all of Lafayette; Father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles & Beverly Mitchell  of Palmersville, TN; Sisters and brothers-in-law, Teresa and Eric Fleming, Tammie and Mickey Swindle; Brothers and sister-in-law, Joel and Janet Cowan, Toby Cowan, all of Lafayette; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
