Coel Bean

Coel Bean, age 88 of the Mt. Vernon Community in Clay County, TN passed away Sunday morning, October 11, 2020 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN.  Coel is at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.   

Funeral Services for Coel Bean will be conducted Wednesday afternoon, October 14, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Shane Smith officiating.  Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park. 

Visitation with the family will begin on Tuesday 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Wednesday 9 a.m. until his service at 1 p.m.  Family request memorials be made to the Mt. Vernon Fire Department.  You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.

He is survived by: wife, Shirley Bohanan Bean; sons & daughter-in-law, Ricky Bean, Randy & Mary Bean all of the Mt. Vernon Community; grandson, Rob Bean; great-grandson, Ethan Cole Bean both of Red Boiling Springs; brother & sister-in-law, Junior & Frances Bean of the Mt. Vernon Community; nephews, Roger Bean & wife, April of the Mt. Vernon Community, Ronald Bean & wife, Katie of Iowa; sisters-in-law, Shelby Carlisle, Bobbie Horne & husband, Danny all of Lafayette; brother-in-law, Carl Carnahan of the Drapers Cross Roads Community; the Mt.
