Daphne Merryman

Daphne Hoover Merryman, age 94, of the Hillsdale Community in Macon County, TN passed away on Sunday morning, November 20, 2016 at the Macon County General Hospital ER.  Funeral services for Daphne Hoover Merryman will be conducted on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the Hillsdale Baptist Church with Richard Patton officiating.  Interment will follow in the Hillsdale Cemetery.    

Visitation with the family will begin Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Hillsdale Baptist Church.  Family request memorials be made to the Hillsdale Cemetery.  You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.

She is survived by: Husband, James Merryman of Hillsdale Community; daughters & sons-in-law, Brenda & John S. Bryant of Nashville, Linda & Newton Harris of Murfreesboro, Terri Merryman & Alan Frio of Nashville; grandchildren, Dr. James Edwin Bryant of Maryville, Mary Ross (David) Fowler of Winston Salem, NC, Jason Harris of Nashville, Brian Harris of Murfreesboro; great-granddaughter, Abigail Ross Fowler of Winston Salem, NC.
