Sergeant Dickey F. Cherry, age 63, of Lebanon, formerly of Macon County, passed away on Saturday afternoon at Kindred Health & Rehab in Carthage. Funeral services for Sergeant Dickey Cherry will be conducted on Sunday, February 17th at 2:00 p.m. from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Denny King, a co-worker with the Tennessee Highway Patrol and others speaking. Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park with the Tennessee Highway Patrol serving as Honor Guard. Visitation with the family will begin Sunday at 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at 2 p.m. He is survived by: Wife, Cathy Lambert Cherry of Lebanon, Son, John Miller of Lebanon, Mother, Juanita Cherry of Red Boiling Springs, Brothers, Rickey and wife, Charlotte Cherry of the Moss Community in Clay County, Mickey and wife, Tamara Cherry, Sister, Michelle and husband, Kevin Saxton, all of the Pumpkin Town Community, Grandchildren, Christopher and Cody Miller.
