Edith Bean

Edith Joines Bean, age 86 of Nashville, formerly of Leonard Community in Clay County passed away Friday evening, April 18, 2014 at the Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.  Edith is at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs.

Funeral Services for Edith Joines Bean will be conducted Tuesday morning, April 22, 2014 at 11 am from the Chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Jimmy Cook and E.C. Meadows officiating.  Interment will follow in the Anderson and Son Memorial Park in Lafayette, TN. 

Visitation with the family will begin Monday 5 until 8 pm and Tuesday 10 am until service time. 

Family request memorials made to the Horace G. Bean Masonic Memorial Scholarship Fund.  You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.  

Survivors include: daughters & sons-in-law, Sue & Tommy Lamar of Nashville, Pat & Lee Jennings of Hermitage & Teresa & Al Burrow of Mt Juliet, granddaughters, Jeanine Simpson of Brentwood, Rebecca Hitchcock and husband Jason of Hendersonville, Sarah Rose Lamar & Martha Grace Lamar both of Nashville and grandsons, Neal Jennings and wife Tracy of Pittsburgh, PA, Brad Jennings and wife Nicole of Murfreesboro, Clint Jennings and wife Morgan of Buffalo Valley, 11 great-grandchildren, sisters, Dinky Jenkins & Jo (Roy) Knight all of Red Boiling Springs & sister-in-law, Patricia (Nold) Joines of Lafayette.
