Elder Bobby Edward Hale

Elder Bobby Edward Hale, age 84 of the Rocky Mound Community in Macon County, TN passed away Sunday morning, September 22, 2024 at his residence. Bobby is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette.

Funeral Services for Elder Bobby Edward Hale will be conducted Tuesday afternoon, September 24, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. from the Rocky Mound Missionary Baptist Church with Elder Dean Sircy & Elder Don Watts officiating. Interment will follow in the Rocky Mound Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette on Monday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday morning at the Rocky Mound Missionary Baptist Church from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m.

He was preceded in death by: parents, Norman & Edith (McGuffee) Hale; brother, Charles Hale; infant brother, James Ervin Hale; & brother-in-law, Raymond Sullivan.

Survivors include: wife, Ruth Stone Hale of the Rocky Mound Community; son and daughter-in-law, Glenn & Priscilla Hale of Lafayette; daughter, Carolyn White of Scottsville, KY; grandsons, Kyle Hale & Andy & wife, Bailey White; granddaughter, Kristen & husband, Austyn Carter; great-grandsons, Hudson, Andrew, & Baby Carter (due December 2024); sisters and brother-in-law, Christine & Melvin Pedigo & June Sullivan all of the Rocky Mound Community; sister-in-law, Josephine Hale of Lafayette; brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Jerry & Sherry Stone of the Eulia Community.
