Faye Wakefield Perrigo, age 82 of Lafayette, TN passed away Monday morning, February 26, 2024 at Macon Community Hospital in Lafayette, TN.  Faye is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette.

Funeral Services for Faye Wakefield Perrigo will be conducted Wednesday afternoon, February 28, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Elder Dean Sircy officiating.  Interment will follow in the Macon County Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will begin Tuesday morning from 12 noon until 8 p.m. and again on Wednesday morning from 8 a.m. until her service at 1:00 p.m.

Family request memorials be made to Wakefield Cemetery. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.

She is preceded in death by, Husband, Billy Wayne Perrigo, Son, Teddy Perrigo, Parents, Felton & Minnie Swindle Wakefield, Sisters, Ketherine Wakefield, Dean Wakefield, Ethel Givens, Sue Richards, Brothers, James Wakefield & Charles Wakefield.  

Survivors include: Son, Jamie (Cindy) Perrigo of Lafayette, Grandsons, Evan (Connar) Perrigo & Luke Perrigo all of Bowling Green, KY, Sisters, Robbie Stinson, Peggy (Carl) Blankenship, Sisters-in-law, Neelie Wakefield, Peggy Perrigo, Lucille (J. B.) Jones all of Lafayette, Linda Perrigo of Knoxville, Brother-in-law, Jimmy Perrigo of Maryland.
