Garrett Lee Manion, age 82 of the Akersville Community in Macon County, TN passed away Saturday afternoon, April 5, 2025 at his residence. Garrett is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.

Graveside Services & Interment for Garrett Lee Manion will be conducted Tuesday morning, April 8, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. from the Akersville Cemetery with Reverend Billy Freeman officiating.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

He is preceded in death by: wife, Joyce (Roberts) Manion; parents, Leon & Lorene (Bohanan) Manion; brothers, Lewis, Loyd, & Glenn Manion.

Survivors include: sons, David Manion & wife, Lisa of the Akersville Community, Henry Manion & wife, Nancy of the Haysville Community; grandchildren, Emily Dyer & husband, Dillon, Leann Bergdorff & husband, Dustin, Mary Tucker, & husband, Tyler, John Manion & wife, Ciara, Ben Manion; great-grandchildren, Emersyn, Drake, & Elsie Dyer, Dax Bergdorff, Mayci, Trace, & Mylee Tucker, Stella & Nora Manion; sisters-in-law, Enna Mae Newbolt & Karen Manion; devoted companion, Sandy Willoughby; devoted caregiver, Vicki Gregory.
