George Wesley Burnett, age 73 of Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away Sunday Evening, June 16, 2024 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN. George is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral Services for George Wesley Burnett will be conducted Wednesday afternoon, June 19, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN. with William Yokley officiating. Interment will follow in the Smith Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday morning from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m.

Preceded in Death by Parents, V W & Betty Jane (Archey) Burnett.

He is survived by: Daughters & Son-in-law, Jesse “Patty Cake” Burnett of Red Boiling Springs, Tara “Snooky” & husband Allen Brown of Bucksnort, Loretta “Maxi” Burnett, Ninnie “Sissy”Alicie both of Lafayette; Sons & Daughter -in-law, Joey Rager of Kingston Springs, Samuel “Sambo” & wife Nancy Dyer of Pleasant Shade; 13 Grandchildren & 5 Great-Grandchildren; Sister, Suzanne Richardson of White Bluff; Brother, Stevie Burnett of Nashville; Life long friend, Shelia Burnett, Devoted caregiver, Cyndi Yates both of Red Boiling Springs; Fur Baby, Rat.
