Henry "Hank" Carl Gawlik, Jr., age 64, of Lafayette, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin. Funeral services for Henry Gawlik will be conducted on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. from the Holy Family Catholic Church with Father Vic Subb officiating. Interment will follow in the Military Section of the Calvary Cemetery on Lebanon Road, Nashville with military honors by the United States Army.
Visitation with the family will begin Monday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette. There will be no scheduled visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday except for the family only for a last viewing before we close to go to the church.
He is survived by wife, Sabina Crow Gawlik, daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Anthony Hunter of the Rome Community in Smith County, son and daughter-in-law, Carl, III and Stephanie Gawlik, of Indianapolis, IN, brother and sister-in-law, Darrell and Jane Gawlik of Lorain, OH, grandchildren, Mitchell Hunter and Cassie Hunter, mother-in-law, Mary Crow of Lafayette, brother-in-law, James Crow of New York, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Steve Crow and Pat Flynn of York, PA, special nieces and nephews, Sarah Colon, Dawn Gawlik, both of Mt. Vernon, OH, Darrell Gawlik of Cleveland, OH, Steven Crow of Poughkeepsie, NY, Jamie Coleman of Lorain, OH, and Melissa, and husband, Eddie Rivera of Raleigh, NC.
