James "Jim" O. Conant

James “Jim” Conant, age 86, of Lafayette and formerly of the state of Washington, passed away on Wednesday morning, June 26, 2013 at Skyline Medical Center in Madison.  Visitation at the Anderson and Son Funeral Home in Lafayette will be on Friday, June 28^th from 2 pm – 9 pm. A graveside service with military honors will be held Wednesday, July 3rd, at 2 pm at Terrace Heights Cemetery in Yakima, Washington with burial beside his deceased son.

He is survived by: Wife, Evelyn Conant of Lafayette; Brother, Robert Conant of San Antonio, TX; Sisters, Joyce Jorgenson of Kennewick, WA, Betty Rotha of Spokane, WA, and Helen Swarthout of Arkansas; several nieces and nephews.
