James L. Lancaster

James L. Lancaster, age 77 of Carthage, formerly of the Oak Grove Community in Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away Friday evening, September 5, 2014 at the Riverview Regional Medical Center in Carthage, TN.   James L. Lancaster is at Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral Services for James L. Lancaster will be conducted Monday afternoon, September 8, 2014 at 1 pm from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with E. C. Meadows officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sanderson Cemetery at Pleasant Shade, TN.    

Visitation with the family will begin Sunday 1 pm until 9 pm and Monday 8 am until 1 pm.  Family requests that memorials be made to the Sanderson Cemetery.  You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home. 

Survivors include: wife, Sina Ann Smith Lancaster, Red Boiling Springs; son, James “Cowboy” Lancaster, Carthage; granddaughters, Dara Jewell Lancaster, Lebanon; Tiffany & Millie Lancaster, Carthage; great-granddaughter, Bailey Corne, Lebanon; sisters & brothers-in-law, Sarah & Dean Andrews, Goodlettsville, Minnie & Gene Williams, Normandy; brother & sister-in-law, Robert “Bob” & Laura Lancaster, Bethpage.
