Jeff Carter, age 60 of the Union Hill Community in Clay County, TN passed away Monday evening, October 11, 2021 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. Jeff is at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Funeral Services for Jeff Carter will be conducted Friday afternoon, October 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Brother Dale Walker officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.

He is survived by: daughter, Dena Carter of Cookeville; sons, Dylan Carter of Sparta, Cody Carter of Cookeville; mother, Fairl Franklin Carter; brother, Mike Carter both of the Union Hill Community.
