Jimmy Wilson Spivey, age 83 of the Hillsdale Community in Macon County, TN passed away Friday evening, August 4, 2023 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN. Jimmy is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.

Funeral Services for Jimmy Wilson Spivey will be conducted Tuesday afternoon, August 8, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Adam Cothron officiating.  Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park.

Visitation will begin Tuesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.

Family request memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.

Survivors include: daughter and son-in-law, Sandra & Larry DeLoach of Mt. Juliet; grandson, Derrick & wife, Ashley DeLoach of Murfreesboro; granddaughter, Ashley DeLoach of Mt. Juliet; sister, Helen Cothron of the Pumpkin Branch Community; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Myra Thompson of Nashville & Jennifer & Jackie Halliburton of Lafayette; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, David & Brenda Williams of the Leonard Community; great-grandchildren, Presley DeLoach, London Elliot, & Brooklyn Elliot.
