Johnny Clay “Jake” Fox, age 73 of the Galen Community in Lafayette, TN passed away Thursday evening, December 16, 2021 at his residence in Lafayette, TN. Johnny better known as Jake Fox is at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.

Funeral Services for Johnny “Jake” Fox will be conducted Sunday afternoon, December 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Elder Ken Roark officiating. Interment will follow in the Galen Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will begin Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. until his service at 2:00 p.m.

The family requests memorials be made to the Galen Cemetery. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the Funeral Home.

He is survived by: Nephew, Jonathan & Kelly McGuffey, Niece, Jennifer & Markus Greer, Great Nephew, Kaeden Greer all of Lafayette, TN, Great Niece, Kennedy Greer of Bowling Green, KY.
