Leonard Wayne Proctor, age 56 of the Hermitage Springs Community in Clay County passed away Friday morning, December 15, 2023 at the Macon Community Hospital ER in Lafayette, TN. Leonard is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Graveside Services & Interment for Leonard Wayne Proctor will be conducted Monday morning, December 18, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. from the Whitley Cemetery with Brother John Davis officiating.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

He was preceded in death by: wife, Barbara L. Hoagland Proctor, parents, Wesley & Geraldine Evans Lassiter Proctor, brothers, Donnie Proctor & Kenny Lassiter

Survivors include: sister, Tammy Proctor & companion, Jerry Atkins of Red Boiling Springs; brother, Stevie Lassiter of Lafayette; step-brother, Casey & wife, Billie Lassiter of Smyrna; step-son, Nathan & wife, Jamie Jones of the Hermitage Springs Community; step-grandchildren, Timothy, Tanesha, & McKenna; step-great-granddaughter, Layla.
