Mary Ruth (Cook) Dallas, age 82, of Lafayette, passed away on Friday, May 17^th at Summit Medical Center in Madison.  There will be private memorial services for family and close friends at a later date. Funeral Directors, Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette.  Mary Ruth Dallas is survived by: two sons, Barry and wife Jamie Dallas, Tom and wife, Leigh Dallas, all of Lafayette and a brother, Eddie Cook of Indianapolis, IN.
