Melinda Durant

Melinda Harper Durant, age 58, of Lafayette and formerly of Michigan, passed away Monday night, July 15, 2013.  Funeral services for Melinda Durant will be held on Thursday, July 18^th at 2 pm from the River of Life Church with interment to follow in the Millers Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, July 18^th from 11 am until service time at 2 pm at the church. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.  She is survived by: Mother, Nancy McCoin Harper of Lafayette; Daughters, Lisa Durant Jones of Dearborn, MI, Kelly Durant of Lafayette; Sons, Jason Durant and Freddy Durant, both of Taylor, MI; Grandchildren, Sara Durant, Nathan Velez, Brianna Durant, Cameron Durant and Leanna Durant; Sisters, Susan Stidham of Lafayette, Diana Rekelau of  Ohio, Denise Thompson of Onstead, MI; Brothers, Randall Harper of Franklin, KY, Joseph Harper of Lafayette.
