He was Preceded in death by parents, Bedford & Myrtle Louise York Denham, brothers, Dennis, Clinton, Roger & Harold Denham, sister, Pauline Vaughn.

He is survived by: son, Jason Denham & wife Tammie of Knoxville; daughter, Christy Denham of Red Boiling Springs; grandchildren, Danielle, Evelyn, Lillian, Isabella & Joseph Denham, Dominic Olson, sister-in- law, Rosemary Denham of Hartsville.
