Mrs. Penne Kaye (Smalling) West, age 57 of Union Camp Community, Lafayette passed away Thursday afternoon, September 17, 2015 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN.  Penne is at Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral Services for Penne Smalling West will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs Elder Joey Hackett will officiate interment will follow in the Liberty Cemetery in Lafayette, TN.

Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Saturday until service time Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs.

Survivors include: husband, James West of Union Camp Community, daughter, Chasity Lambert & husband Jeff, son, Corey Halliburton all of Lafayette, step-son, Chris West of Red Boiling Springs, brother, Donald Smalling & wife Eunice of Springfield, TN, sister-in-law, Reba Smalling of Whitehouse, TN, 7 grandchildren, Sabrina (Jason) Gregory, McKayla Halliburton, Kendall Thompson, Dalton Thompson, Riley Thompson, Brandon Halliburton & Karter Lambert & great-grandson, Tyson Halliburton.
