Rafaela Barrera

Rafaela Barrera, age 96, of the Fords Branch Community in Macon County, passed away Tuesday, May 12^th at her residence.  Funeral services for Rafaela Barrera will be held on Friday, May 15^th at 2:00 p.m. from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Pastor Carlos Ortiz officiating.  Interment will follow in the Clifty Farm Family Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.

She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Juan J. and Juanita Barrera, Alfredo Rodriguez, all of the Fords Branch Community; 7 grancdhilren, Andres Barrera, Sigifredo and Rebeca Barrera, Maria and Victor Landaverde, Juan R. and Robin Barrera, Daniel and Isabel Barrera, Jael and Andres Vega, Esther and Wilbert Ortiz; 29 great- grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
