Raymond "Flat" Smith

Raymond “Flat” Smith age 94 of the Russell Hill Community in Macon County, TN passed away Sunday evening, December 3, 2017 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN.  Raymond, better known as “Flat” is at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral Services for Raymond “Flat” Smith will be conducted Wednesday afternoon, December 6, 2017 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs with Brother Charles Jones officiating.  Interment will follow in the Davis Cemetery. 

Visitation with the family will begin Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. and Wednesday 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.  Family request memorials be made to the Davis Cemetery.  You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.   

Survivors include: wife, Syble Brockette Smith of the Russell Hill Community; daughter & son-in-law, Ellen & Gene Polston of Lafayette; sons & daughters-in-law; Ronald & Barbara Smith of the Russell Hill Community, Ricky & Jouwonia Smith of the Willette Community; grandchildren, Sherry Main, Barry (Belinda) Polston, Randall (Promise) Smith, Chris (Angel) Smith, Denise Davis, Jamie (Jeremy) Williams; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson.  Arrangements by the ANDERSON & SON FUNERAL HOME, Red Boiling Springs, TN. 615-699-2191 www.andersonandsonfuneralhomes.com
