Roy Lee Carter

Roy L. Carter, age 89, of Lafayette passed away on Thursday morning, December 28th, 2017 at his residence.  Funeral Services for Roy L. Carter will be conducted Sunday afternoon, December 31st at 1:00 p.m. from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Lafayette with Elder Todd Austin officiating.  Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park. 

Visitation with the family will begin on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. 

He is survived by: 

Wife:  Christine Caruthers Carter, of Lafayette

Sisters:  Agnes and husband, Bobby Bush, of Red Boiling Springs

Betty and husband, Charles Carver, of Nashville

Brother-in-law:  Charles “Ott” and wife, Julie Caruthers, of Lafayette
