Roy Page Kernell, age 88 of Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away Thursday afternoon, March 28, 2024 at the Westmoreland Care & Rehab in Westmoreland, TN. Roy is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Funeral Services for Roy Page Kernell will be conducted Monday afternoon, April 1, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Jack Honeycutt officiating. Interment will follow in the Smith Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will begin on Monday morning at 10:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m.

He was preceded in death by: wife, Dorothy Helen Lynn Kernell; daughter, Christie Newberry; parents, Thomas & Bonnie Wolfe Kernell; Grandson, Cody Newberry; sister, Joyce Ann Kernell; Brothers, A.C., James, Doug, & Phil Kernell.He is survived by: daughter, Sherri McDonald of Tompkinsville, KY; son-in-law, Chris McDonald of Fountain Run, KY; grandchildren, Kevin & wife, Crystal Newberry of Lafayette, Cameron McDonald and companion, Amanda of Westmoreland, Kalista McDonald and companion, Chris Marshall of Tompkinsville, KY; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Margie Rush of Whitleyville, Gaile Hensley of Red Boiling Springs, Brenda Scheu of Clay County.
