Ruth Austin Meador

Ruth Austin Meador, age 79, of the Coleytown Community in Macon County, TN passed away early Tuesday morning, June 2, 2020 at the Macon Community Hospital in Lafayette, TN.  Funeral Services for Mrs. Ruth Meador will be conducted on Thursday, June 4th at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Elder Kevin Slayton and Elder Todd Austin officiating.  Interment will follow in the Liberty Cemetery.

Visitation with the Family will begin on Wednesday, June 3rd from 12 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 9 a.m. until service time at 2 p.m.

Preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Browning; son, Mikie Meador; parents, Willie & Percilla Beatrice Krantz Austin; sister, Rachel Dotson and brothers, Arvid and George Austin.

She is survived by:

Sons:  Ricky and wife Jackie Meador of the Webbtown Community

Grandchildren:  Brandon and wife Katelyn Meador, Ben and wife Lacey Cook, Byron Cook, Landon Meador, Jordon Steen, Tony Keene, Kayla and husband Daniel Swindle, Oree and husband Scotty McDonald and Browning Meador

Great-Grandchildren:  Maylee, Kayslee & Laiklee Meador, Ellie Swindle, Annie, Keeley & Tracen Cook, Hannah & Jacob Keene
