Stanley Bryon Birdwell

Stanley Byron “Stan” Birdwell, age 76 of Mount Juliet, Tn. And formerly of Clay County, passed away Monday, November 29, 2021 in Nashville. Stan is at Woodbine Funeral Home – Hickory Chapel in Nashville, TN.

Funeral Services for Stanley Byron “Stan” Birdwell will be conducted Saturday morning, December 4, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. from the Antioch Church of Christ in Antioch, Tn., with Walt Leaver officiating. Interment will follow in the Smith Chapel Cemetery in Red Boiling Springs.

Visitation with the family will begin on Friday December 3,2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Woodbine Funeral Home – Hickory Chapel and Saturday morning from 10:30 a.m. until service time at 11:30 a.m. at the Antioch Church of Christ. With Graveside services at 2:30 p.m. from the Smith Chapel Cemetery.

Family request memorials be made to the Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort, Inc.
He is survived by: wife, Nell Birdwell; Daughters, Lauren (Travis) Merchant, Sarah (Matthew) Moody, Karen (Patrick) Fair; son, Kevin (Sherry) Birdwell; sister, Carolyn Allen; brother, Terry Birdwell; 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
