Teddy Wayne Perrigo

Teddy Wayne Perrigo, age 58 of Lafayette, TN passed away Wednesday afternoon, December 30, 2020 at the St. Thomas Mid-town Hospital in Nashville, TN.  Teddy is at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.

Funeral Services for Teddy Perrigo will be conducted on Saturday afternoon, January 2, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Elder Dean Sircy officiating. Interment will follow in Macon County Memorial Gardens in Lafayette.

Visitation with the family will begin Saturday 10 a.m. until his service time at 1:00 p.m.

The family asks that anyone attending the visitation to please wear a mask and practice social distancing.

The family request memorials be made to the Veteran’s Hospital. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.

He is survived by: Sons, Evan & Luke Perrigo, Mother, Faye Wakefield Perrigo, Brother & Sister-In-Law, Jamie & Cindy Perrigo all of Lafayette.
