Thelma Lee Jones Short, age 88 of the Hermitage Springs Community in Clay County, TN. passed away Monday morning, May 4, 2015 at The Palace in Red Boiling Springs, TN.  Thelma is at Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral services for Thelma Lee Jones Short will be conducted Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs with E C Meadows officiating.  Interment will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery.    

Visitation with the family will begin Tuesday 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Wednesday 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Survivors include: daughter, Kathy Short Bean and her companion, Connie Wayne Dillehay of Hermitage Springs; son & daughter-in-law, Ned & Brenda Short of Union Hill Community; sisters, Alene Cherry of Union Hill Community, Barbara Dodson and husband, Jack of Hermitage Springs Community; brothers, Joe Jones of Union Hill Community, Duke Jones and wife, Lori of Lafayette; 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
